Donating Books
Guidelines for Donations:
Please note that our book donation program for 2026 is now closed.
Your donations have made our sale a great success over the years, and we greatly appreciate your generosity!
Donations will be accepted again after the book sale. Visit our website, Facebook, or Instagram pages for updates, or email us at Trinity.fotl@utoronto.ca to be added to our notification list.
TO DONATE BOOKS FOR THE 2027 SALE
When we begin the book donation process again:
- Books must be packed flat in LCBO-sized boxes or bankers boxes.
- All boxes must be full and stable.
These conditions have been imposed for the safety of our volunteers. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in your donation not being accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following items:
- Musty or moldy books or those with broken bindings or damaged covers
- Magazines or journals
- Textbooks more than ten years old
- Encyclopedias
- Reader鈥檚 Digest condensed books
- Time/Life series or other subscription series
- VHS or cassette tapes.
